Shipping

All Federal Express shipments are packed with adequate supply of dry ice to remain frozen until received unless otherwise specified by the purchaser. Truck shipments are handled by experienced refrigerated carriers and will be kept frozen until delivered. Our guarantee cannot be extend to the performance of all delivery companies and common carriers but we will replace and redeliver any products that does not meet with customer approval for any reason. All shipments are packaged according to the requirements of the product. Shipments are sent by overnight or second day air using Federal Express unless other arrangements have been made. All freight charges are billed to the customer unless prior arrangements have been made.

International

Our shipping rates are for the United States and its possessions. Contact sales representative (sales@biotechnics-us.com) for rates on international shipping. Shipping rates do not include applicable duty, custom charges or taxes which are paid by customer.

Charges for Shipping

Dry Ice and Handling fees - add $1.50 per bottle, $15.00 minimum.

If additional expenses are required they will be discussed prior to shipping.

Receiving

All serum shipments should arrive frozen. If delays or unforeseen circumstances cause an order to arrive partially frozen, follow these simple instructions:

1. Allow the serum to thaw completely. A 37^oC water bath is preferred.
2. Gently swirl or shake the serum occasionally to assure a balance of salt to protein ingredient. Avoid vigorous shaking causing foaming.
3. Refreeze rapidly. Avoid repeated freeze/thawing.
